Shipping, Returns & FAQ
DELIVERY
Production normally takes 3–5 business days. Available shipping methods, cost and the estimated arrival date are shown for your address at checkout before payment. International orders may be subject to taxes, duties or other customs charges; checkout will show a pre-collected amount or a notice when this may apply.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Use the link in your order-confirmation email to edit or cancel while the order has not entered production. Once production starts, changes may no longer be possible.
QUALITY ISSUES
If your item arrives damaged, has a print error or another visible quality issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear, well-lit photos of the item and the issue. Eligible quality issues can be replaced or refunded.
RETURNS
Every item is made to order. Contact order support before returning anything so eligibility and the correct steps can be confirmed. Fourthwall’s current Terms and return policy apply, together with any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
PAYMENT
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local options depending on your location. Your final total is shown before you place the order.

Fourthwall is the merchant of record and handles payment, production, fulfillment and order support for WAYLARO orders.
